We will send you the Dental Impression Kit.  In addition to the impression tray and impression putty (see the instructional video), the kit also contains a postage-paid shipping envelope for you to send your dental impressions back to us.

Upon receipt of your dental impressions, your NTI MigraineGuard is custom fabricated by profession dental technicians and overseen by a dentist. Your NTI MigraineGuard is shipped back to you within two business days via Priority Shipping.
