NTI MigraineGuard (confirm below if you qualify for a Discount Code)

If you’ve been evaluated and diagnosed by a physician who then prescribed the NTI MigraineGuard, you were provided a $500 DISCOUNT CODE to use during checkout.  However, many migraine sufferers have seen a physician long ago.  While they've been diagnosed with migraine, they may no longer actively been in a physician's care.

If you've previously been diagnosed with migraine, send us an email (info@migraineprevention.com) stating you've been medically diagnosed with migraine, and we'll provide you with the same $500 DISCOUNT CODE. 

Once you've completed your order, we'll send you a Dental Impression Kit for you to acquire dental impressions on yourself that you send back to us the pre-labeled envelop provided in your kit.  

Once we receive your impressions, we’ll confirm their usability, scan them, then digitally design and 3D print your NTI MigraineGuard.   (If your impressions are not useable, don’t worry, we’ll send you another kit to try again with).
