A Dental Impression Kit is initially sent that includes step-by-step instructions on how to take your impressions and send back in a provided postage-paid envelope. Our goal is to provide you with a level of relief that you are satisfied with. If for any reason you are not satisfied and would like your money refunded, simply return the mouthpieces to us.

Upon receipt of the customer’s impressions, their NTI MigraineGuard is custom fabricatedand returned to them within two days.
We will send you the Dental Impression Kit. In addition to the impression tray and impression putty (see the instructional video), the kit also contains a postage-paid shipping envelope for you to send your dental impressions back to us.
